Technical Support

  • We have unlimited telephone technical support policy for our customers during warranty period of our product. We will support you via telephone on issues regarding both hardware and software. We will also support operators training/questions on ACA custom software over telephone as well.
  • We have in-house service of custom circuit boards. Please send board(s) for repair along with Purchase Order# and written request of service for an estimate of repair. We will provide an estimate before the repair starts unless the board is under warranty. Please contact us for more details.
  • We do support Delta Tau product custom integration, engineering, and start-up technical assistance at hourly basis.
  • There are on-site engineering/technical service available at great rates. Please contact us for service rates.
  • Support for other than ACA, Inc. products such as Xermac Power supplies or Hausermann Controls, Please give us a call.
